Nat Adisi attended Accra Academy where he attained his Secondary School education. He began his journey down the destined path as he was appointed the Entertainment Prefect for Accra Academy. After which, he was unanimously selected to be the Entertainment Secretary for Legon Hall at University of Ghana Business School. Nat’s maintenance of his leadership aptitude continued through his role as Entertainment Secretary on the Student Representative Council while he pursued another degree. With another certificate recognising a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central University, his thirst for knowledge continually progresses as is currently in pursuit of an MBA, again solidifying his position as a life-long learner. His “can-do”, positive outlook on life enables him to do this via distance learning while still maintaining a progressive and highly active profile internationally. 

As one man determined to change the entertainment industry in Ghana, Nat Adisi has paid his dues climbing up the ropes in the music industry. He joined Top Radio after Radio Universe, where he hosted ‘Top City Jam’ while still a student at University of Ghana. Since then, he has progressed to the position of one of the country’s finest radio presenters. In 2003, he moved to Joy Fm to become the host of the Drive Time Show and has made it the most influential drive time show on radio in Ghana today from 3pm-8pm every week day. Nat Kwabena Adisi aka Bola Ray, has for the past years worked diligently as a radio broadcaster and was the first African and Ghanaian to host ‘Top of the Pops’ on BBC Radio, has proved to music fans that he was one of the showbiz personalities who was working tirelessly to promote Ghanaian music on the international music scene. 

He made history when he won the Radio Programme of the year at recent Radio and Television Personality Awards. The Radio and Television Personality awards was aimed at recognizing and rewarding seasoned Radio and TV personalities who have over the years contributed immensely towards the development of the industry in Ghana, and have also endeared themselves to listeners and viewers. In 2012, he was the recipient of a number of attritional awards which included Ghana’s Showbiz Personality of the year award at the 14th City People Awards for excellence held in Nigeria. Previously, in April 2011 Nat Adisi was honored at the Vector recognition Awards 2010 as a Professional Radio Presenter for the year 2010. He was currently ranked the 4TH most influential personality in Ghana for 2014 edition of ETV’s 100 most influential Ghanaians and recently picked up two awards at the GN Bank awards for the Favorite personality and Best Male presenter for 2015. Family guy Nat Kwabena Adisi is a man of high morale and extensive Christian family values. He is married to Dorcas, a professional banker, and blessed with 3 beautiful children. Nat Adisi remains abreast of the latest in the industry by subscribing to Communications journals, and attending seminars on radio, television and broadcast innovations and updates internationally.
