Caleb Osumanu popularly known as Autentiq is a Ghanaian artist born to Mr. and Mrs Osumanu. His musical career started at the age of 13 years with him pairing up with a freind(Gideon) popularly known as Aquatic to form the group Boom Talent which saw them singing and rapping in popular joints in the country. Autentiq also had platforms on Kidafest and Funworld to showcase his talent to Ghanaians at the National Theather. In 2004 Autentiq joined a new group called Too Naturalle to participate in Nescafe African Revelation a Pan
African musical competition which saw him coming second with his group.His talent attracted big names in the industry to get him write songs for their artists and also feature on some of their tracks.
One of such songs is ''Okoro'' by Nkasei a legendary group. Autentiq(Stormmy as he was formly known) wrote the chorus and the bridge in that song which enjoyed lots of air play since it was and still is a big hit in Ghana and other african countries.
In 2011 Autentiq was signed on by 2Gof Entertainment as a solo artist. He released his first single in 2012 titled ''Bolingo'' which featured a formal group mate BJay on it.
This followed with ''Body and Soul'' a zouk song which featured Castro and ''Lingala'' an afrobeat which also featured Stay J on it. This was taking off the ''My Season Album''. Autentiq has worked with music producers like Solomon Yemo(ODB), Jeff Quaye(JQ), Oteng, Zap Mallet and many others.
He has featured,been featured and collaberated with artist like 4x4,Stay j,Nkasei,A1,Diana Buckley,Captan,Gasmilla and many others in and outside Africa. Autentiq has shared same stage with Sarkodie,Shatta Wale,Samini,Stonebowy,Okomfour Kwaadee,Kwaw Kese,Tic Tac,Duncan Mighty,9ice,A1 and many others. As at this report Autentiq is working on his second album ''Thanksgiving'' on Divine Records his own label which has produced hit songs like Yii titi Yii, Made of Black which talks about how important it is for africans or black people to value their skin colour and Grigiza which is the most talked about song. Autentiq is a deep rooted african versital artist who does World music,Afrobeat music,Afropop,Hiphop,R&B and Zouk. Due to his softness and smoothness when it comes to zouk music his favourate genre,his freinds and fans call him the KING OF ZOUK.
